We are currently recruiting for a RF Engineer for a Full-Time role with one our clients in Central, VA. (This is rural VA and you must be comfortable working for a progressive company in a beautiful surroundings).
If you have relevant experience designing, engineering and optimizing RF networks and have great analytical and communication skills then please apply immediately.
We are not looking for just a run-of-the-mill Engineer. Your positive attitude is almost as important as your technical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and optimizing CDMA, EVDO and 4G LTE PCS networks with have at least 3+ years of RF experience.

The Radio Frequency Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design and implementation, optimization and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks.
Responsibilities include link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, evaluation and zoning support, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization
You will be responsible for creating network designs and proposals. You will design systems by select sites, conducting CW tests, analyzing data, and preparing documentation. In addition, you’ll need to configure, test, and commission networks as well as optimizing existing networks.

Radio Frequency RF

Ability to use prediction tools and MapInfo.
Education: BSEE; MSEE preferred
