Project Coordinator (Telecom Customer Service)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with telecommunications industry experience and excellent customer service. The Project Coordinator will be responsible with the following;
  • Coordinating and Ordering the installation of client telecommunications' product orders. 
  • Communicating with internal teams, management as well as vendors  and end-clients to ensure successful client orders.
  • Assist Project Manager to coordinate the timely implementation of large complex project orders.
  • Provide reporting to share status updates.
  • Act as the primary contact with the different internal teams and the customer on certain projects.
Qualifications:
  • Prior telecom experience is required.  Fiber/Ethernet product experience is desired.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
