We are seeking a Administrative Assistant/ Coordinator
for our telecommunications client.
The job responsibilities include the following;
- Obtaining Utility agreements and applications with utility companies (PECO).
- Prepare utility summaries detailing key utility requirements.
- Obtain utility attachment agreements
- Maintain relationships with utility companies.
- Serve as liaison between internal departments on a local and national level to ensure compliance and utility agreement requirements.
- Update internal departments regarding new conditions of attachment to utility poles, conduits and easements.
- Interact with customers and vendors to ensure good communications and coordination of project initiatives.
- Proven experience working with utility, power, fiber or telecom companies as a Project Coordinator is preferred
- Wireless industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Positive attitude.
