Permitting Manager

A successful Telecom Permitting Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the Permitting Department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of permits. They will be responsible for researching and preparing documentation for required permits, right of ways, easements, and land use for building and executing large scale telecom infrastructure programs and projects. They are the key link into cities and jurisdictions, and build meaningful, long term relationships in their markets. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network design; ability to use ARCGIS and other office related equipment, familiarity with telecommunications design software; ability to read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data.

-Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s)
-Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
-Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
-Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s).
-Bachelors Degree in related field or 5 years of related work experience.
-Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
-Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
