Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that will work in a corporate office for a construction and services company.   

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing duties and responsibilities.  Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and computer skills is mandatory.  Responsibilities include the following:
 
  • Reception (phones and in person)
  • Clerical duties (typing, filing, mail)
  • Assisting office employees with tasks
  • Scheduling service calls
  • Requesting Quotes from vendors
  • Renewing annual State and Local licenses including Contractor Licenses
  • Request Bid Bonds
  • Complete Bid Package paperwork
