Construction Quality Auditor

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform remote live video construction audit of completed cell site construction projects from desk top. • Responsible for reviewing scope of work to ensure compliance of construction standards for facilities such as cell sites and small cells. • Identify quality defects and communicate resolution to field crews in real time. • Interaction with Client systems to post process live video audit to capture the exact items that are a part of the scope of work. • Organize and upload a video complete closeout package per Client specifications. • Provide quality checks, follow up on exceptions and develop solution based resolutions, and escalate as necessary. • Responsible for all reporting and monitoring of closeout packages for completeness and accuracy. • Report project status and performance data to the customer as required by management • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Provide Civil Ground Quality Audits inspecting all facets of the installation from Construction drawings to cabling requirements per customer standards. • Provide the provisioning of non-bias professional quality audit reports via Audit Toll Pronto Forms. • Time management skills, managing excessive travel, quality audits and on time report delivery. (you will not be required to visit sites or climb a tower) • Through excellent communication skills, speak in front of somewhat large groups during quality training sessions. • Follow-up on outstanding quality audit corrective actions. • Provide on-site corrective actions for Internal Builds reducing back to site visits for crews when possible.

High School Diploma
Com Trained/Rescue Trained (certified Tower Climber)
2-5 field experience in wireless telecommunications or similar technology.
Quality Auditor Certification from ASQ preferred.
Expert knowledge of major wireless carriers’ installation standards, guidelines and associated audit tools for companies in the U. S.
Technical understanding/ability.
Desire to succeed and learn new skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions 
Strong in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other computer skills necessary for communication and reporting.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
