SUMMARY: Provide financial support for local team in the form of: creation of job cards, which are used to track project profit and loss; working in coordination with operations teams to ensure target margins are being met; working within customer systems for project tracking. Act as a liaison with corporate finance to track and report financial performance to ensure adherence to directives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following details reflects the definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. The customer may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. • Assist in creation of job cards from completed budget forms. • Ensure specified financial targets are being adhered to. • Lead and participate in financial operations of the local office including invoicing accounts payable/receivable.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Bookkeeping experience preferred • Intermediate Excel knowledge. • Exceptional communication skills. • Familiarity with various databases. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to follow instructions. • Familiarity with Windows OS XP, Vista, 7, MS Office, SharePoint and Outlook.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is required
