Field OSP / Fiber Construction Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Fiber OSP Construction Managers / Fiber Field Construction Supervisor in Nashua, NH. Must have experience managing OSP crews.

The ideal candidates will have a background managing the pre-construction and construction phases of Fiber /OSP deployments (QA/QC). You will be managing the assigned Fiber Construction including scheduling, reporting and due dates. Construction Managers will be called upon to represent our client as the expert on construction issues relating to fiber construction.
You should have experience related to aerial and below-ground fiber construction, node construction and related utility make-ready work.
Familiarity with Rules for Overhead Electric Line Construction or Public Right of Way experience is preferred and any small cell experience is a definite plus.
Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
Managing the pre-construction and construction phases of the OSP project – deliver on time, on budget, within quality and safety standards.
Resolution of OSP Construction/Design issues.
Managing General Contractors in pre-construction and construction activities
Participating in project meetings and effectively support the overall project effort.
Managing the project schedule to ensure the project milestones and deadlines are met.
QA/QC - Inspecting and assure construction work quality and crew safety.
Managing documenting and recording construction field changes. (Red line).
Attending bid walk, pre-construction walk, in progress site visits, punch walks and construction closeouts and provide direction to general contractors when doing ground work.
