Project Coordinator

This role will report directly to Director of Construction Services to coordinate the planning, programming, design and construction of projects.

Provide contract administration and on boarding of the selected firms.

Assist the PM in developing and updating project schedules, and obtaining quotes from sub-contractors. Take steps to ensure project shareholder satisfaction.

Assist the PM to develop project authorization packages of materials that includes business plan/business decision making information as well as information related to project scope/schedule/budget.

Support all contract requirements including, but not limited to, RFI’s, submittals, application for payments, schedules, budgets, notifications, reports, etc.

Identification and solicitation of potentially new subcontractors.
Support and update documentation of construction progress including, but not limited to shop drawings, manpower, project forecast, schedules, delays, changes, and vendor payments.

Required skills:
  • Minimum of 3+ years commercial construction project support experience required,
  • High ability to work autonomously, self-starter and finisher, highly organized and committed.
  •  Experience supporting and updating construction contracts, bidding process, submittal reviews, schedule reviews for civil & site work of ground up commercial construction projects.
