Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator (Brunswick, GA)

We are seeking a Construction Administrator to support our construction design firm client.  Current or recent project administration or project coordination in a building construction environment is preferred.

The Construction Administrator will provide support for all on-site construction office administration.  This will include supporting the Project Management team and vendors with purchase requests, inquiries, purchase orders, change orders, material orders, tracking materials and updating project reports and schedules.

Requirements:
2+ years working in project administration and support
Current or prior experience working in the construction industry with construction project support
MS Office experience with MS Word, Excel
Excellent organizational skills along with maintaining and updating project documents
General Office Skills
