Real Estate Project Coordinator (Little Rock, AR)

Our client is looking to hire a Real Estate Project Coordinator to work onsite at their office in Little Rock, AR. Ideal candidate will have experience working in the telecom industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily decision making and task management to ensure assigned projects are completed within stated timelines.
  • Responsible for initiating title commitment orders.
  • Receive invoices, request purchase orders associated to the real estate aspects of projects.
  • Regular client interface (via email, phone, video, in person) with internal teams/departments and externally with contractors, property owners, title companies, vendors.
  • Assisting with daily operations such as reports, scheduling, research, data management.
  • Reviewing and comprehending legal documents such as but not limited to legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title commitments and title policies and subordination agreements.
  • Review submittal documents in a timely manner and ensure information is accurate.
  • Review, complete and update Real Estate team trackers and databases on a timely basis.
  • Review and approve site-specific documents for accuracy and integrity at completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Specialty software in SiteTracker and LeaseNet, preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Communication - Superior written and oral communication skills required.
  • Work Environment - Ability to work on multiple, complex transactions in fast paced, energetic environment.
  • Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with transaction related problems. Resourceful research and analytical skills
