IT Help Desk Analyst position that will support clients in the Philadelphia market with different hardware, software and network related activities. Excellent communication, interpersonal and self starter needed for this high profile, client facing position.
- Manage O365 and AD user accounts
- Manage Proofpoint
- Walk the floor and check in with press operators to see how the devices are working since they won’t always reach out.
- Maintain WiFi and internet
- New user setup
- New user computer setups
- Work with small desk side printer and copiers
- Maintain servers
