We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Office-Based Small Cell Construction Manager to join our innovative team. As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead the deployment of cutting-edge small cell technology, shaping the digital landscape of tomorrow!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for various aspects of construction on node build projects including; Estimating, Integration support, COP assembly, tracking and management as well as overall QC, Vendor selection support when needed, on-site management when needed, coordination of subcontractors, OEM installers and customer representatives.
- Represent Client as the expert on construction issues relating to construction/modification of small cell projects, public right-of-way along with the associated construction methods.
- Oversight for small cell projects will include activities related to above and below-ground fiber installation, hub construction, node construction and related utility make-ready. Ensure all assigned projects are completed according to mutually agreed upon timeline and budget
