We are seeking a Wireless Construction Manager to oversee and manage the construction schedules, expenses, quality, and safety of our projects. This role involves leading a diverse team of direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor/subcontractor resources.
This is a contract to hire position here in CNY.
You’ll develop BOM's, Review Construction Drawings (CD's) and RFDS as well as Manage Field Operations & Subcontractors. In addition to completing close outs and additional reporting. Current carrier experience is a plus (AT&, T-Mobile, Verizon or Dish.

Role:
- Safety Management: Enforce the company's safety program, review daily job site safety plans, and halt unsafe work practices or conditions.
- On-Site Analysis: Provide on-site analysis for ongoing construction projects and consult with higher-level construction managers or project managers for plan adjustments.
- Construction & Material Management: Possess a thorough understanding of Construction and Material/BOM Management and collaborate with multiple departments.
- Client & Engineering Interface: Liaise with the client's engineering team and leverage the company's engineering and management team for decision-making.
- Progress Tracking: Schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Implement the quality program for all work, ensuring all quality standards meet customer specifications.
What will catch our eye:
- Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, with a focus on wireless construction.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability for day, night, and weekend work in support of project completion.
- Engineering or Technical degree preferred.
- Active OSHA-30 Certification or higher is preferred.
- A willingness to travel extensively within the market
