We’re seeking a dedicated Fiber Construction Inspector to support our clients growing network infrastructure projects across the state of Georgia. This is a hybrid role with a strong field presence, requiring travel to construction sites throughout Georgia while allowing 1–2 days of remote administrative work per week. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of fiber construction projects to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices
• Perform warehouse functions such as inventory tracking, vendor outfitting, and cable inventory management
• Document fiber inventory, issues, and incident reports using Microsoft CRM
• Support major outage events by supervising internal and external field teams
• Coordinate and participate in make-ready and post-construction rides with utilities
• Assist in updating construction handbooks and policies across operational teams
• Perform strand mapping and contribute to accurate network documentation

Experience & Requirements

• 3+ years of fiber construction inspection experience in the telecom industry (required)
• Solid construction knowledge and experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Visio
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced field environment
• Occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per month)
