Network Records Specialists I
Doral, FL · Telecommunications · $25-$27ph DOEWe’re seeking a detail-oriented Network Records Specialists I to handle 811 Locate Ticket Screening which will support damage prevention efforts and safe utility excavation in the Doral, FL area. In this hybrid role (in office Tuesday–Thursday; work from home Monday & Friday) you’ll manage a high volume of 811 locate tickets and play a key role in ensuring company assets are protected. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, digital print interpretation, and experience with high-volume ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Key Skills: Experience reading digital prints/design documents. Strong attention to detail and task prioritization. Ability to interpret utility maps and ticket data. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of underground utility systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, GIS platforms, and ticketing tools. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Safety-first mindset and familiarity with compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen and assess incoming 811 locate tickets for completeness and accuracy.
- Prioritize tickets and route them to the appropriate internal/external teams.
- Cross-reference ticket data with GIS systems and internal asset databases.
- Communicate with contractors, locators, and internal teams to clarify ticket scope.
- Escalate potential conflicts or risks appropriately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of ticket activity and resolution.
- Assist with tracking system updates and related documentation.
- Support internal damage prevention initiatives and training.
- Collaborate with construction and network teams for accurate ticket responses.
- Handle administrative tasks related to reporting and documentation.
