Construction Administrator

We are seeking a Construction Administrator to support a project team responsible for a construction build project.  The Construction Administrator assists with the construction administration phase of the project.

Responsibilities/Skills:
 Assists with Construction Administration activities on project, monitors the project for construction document compliance.
 Assists with establishing project procedures, problem solving activities, budget reviews and certification needed.
 Initiates document revisions, project reviews and processes changes orders.
 Oversees test reports.
 Assists with the preparation of punch-list and close-out procedures.
 Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, long hours may be required. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. May also be required to work outside of a normal office from time-to-time.
