Wireless A&E Specialists - Houston, Charlotte, Canonsburg, or Phoenix

You will be working a hybrid schedule and can be based in any of the following locations: Houston, Charlotte, Canonsburg, or Phoenix. Hybrid Schedule:
Mon and Friday- work from home
Tues., Wed, Thurs- work from office
The ideal candidates will have previous Cell tower experience with reviewing A&E work/drawings.
Pay: $35-$38 hourly DoE
In this role you’ll:
Request and Manage Construction Drawings: Oversee the request, management, and quality control of construction drawings.
Ensure Timely A&E Deliverables: Ensure that all Architecture & Engineering (A&E) deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline and in compliance with Crown Castle policies and procedures.
Coordinate Drawing Production: Expedite and coordinate the production of drawings, including pricing and contracting with A&E vendors, quality control of initial drawings, and coordination with the carrier.
Manage Changes and Revisions: Oversee changes and revisions to ensure that construction drawings are accurate and up to date.
Evaluate Ground Space Requirements: Assess ground space requirements for new colocations and ensure that CAD site drawings are accurately updated.

- Understanding of construction drawings, pole loading analyses, surveys in the public Right of Way and jurisdictional requirement details.
- Construction drawing production management by communicating requirements for effective construction drawing completion to external vendors.
- Responsibilities include managing the ordering of construction drawing from vendors, manage drawing reviews, manage changes/revisions, and ensure completed construction drawings match scope of work and meet jurisdictional requirements.
- Upload/send A&E deliverables to appropriate customer databases as required.
- A&E site walk coordination, as needed.
- Facilitate and identify template changes and assist standards team when input is needed.
