This position is responsible for system administration at all levels of Access Control and Video Surveillance, including system monitoring, data entry, troubleshooting, etc. This individual will interface with internal and external customers, technicians, contractors, NOCs, and Property Management at various locations. They will address concerns, report challenges and ensure issues are resolved as it relates to Access Controls in a timely manner.
◾Reviews, prioritizes and responds to facility requests submitted through our automated Help Desk Ticketing System.
◾Create and process Physical Security help desk tickets in CRM.
◾Process various types of badges and site access.
◾Manage Access Portals.
◾Take pictures, create, print, ship and distribute badges to employees and customers.
◾Manage all physical security supplies (Badge Holders, Clips, HID Cards Printer Ribbons, etc...)
◾Manage access for Offices, Data Centers, POPs, Huts and Cabinets.
◾Run daily reports for managers on all access systems.
◾Comply with company and departmental procedures, expectations, goals and standards.
◾Inform supervisor of any deficiencies or equipment malfunctions.
◾Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of application and peripherals.
◾Work with other team members and teams to cooperatively resolve all access issues.
◾Report and track all access incidents.
◾Manage facility badges and badge audits (add and remove access from the access system and customer portals)
◾Coordinates preventive maintenance and repairs of Video Surveillance and Access Control devices with vendors and internal departments.
◾Perform access control troubleshooting and calling the vendors for application support.
◾RDP into all access servers to start and stop services.
◾Review and grant local users access to open doors remotely.
◾Serve as the primary point of contact for all Physical Security inquires
